Sorry for the graphic post, but I had to include this incredible placenta. Check out the vessels on this thing! Now that is one healthy placenta. I know most of you don't have other images of placentas in your mind to compare this too, but trust me. These vessels are so plump, all the better to transport oxygenated blood. This placenta came with a great big juicy cord, the biggest I think I have seen here, or maybe ever. Placenta Post-Graphic!
